Sherif Osman
Sherif Osman is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and the ALAMS Lab Manager, with over two decades of combined experimental and analytical experience in structural engineering. His work spans the seismic performance of reinforced concrete structures and bridges, hybrid GFRP–steel bridge piers, stainless-steel fatigue, and timber–concrete composite systems, using nonlinear analysis, finite element modelling, programming, and machine learning. He has authored more than 20 journal and conference papers and mentors graduate and undergraduate students at UBC and the American University in Cairo.
